We offer a delivery service with a set fee during office hours, dependant on postcode. If you need delivery at different times, please just ask and we can arrange this for you as well.

Emergency contact.

When you hire from us you will be given an emergency telephone number. If you have an emergency, you will always be able to get hold of us using this number and we will respond straight away.


We recycle wherever possible and hire out reusable carpets to avoid excess waste. All our journeys are planned in detail to avoid unnecessary travel. You can lower your carbon footprint by hiring from us.

Price promise.

We are committed to offering you competitive prices and regularly review our own prices in accordance with our competitors’. We will match other quotation totals when the type of marquee or equipment is exactly the same.

Order changes.

We know that things often change – that is the nature of planning an event! If this happens, don’t worry. You can make changes to your order with as little as 48 hours’ notice before your delivery is due.

No washing up fee!

 When you hire out fine dining equipment such as crockery, glassware and cutlery, you will often be expected to return everything already washed. Alternatively, you may be charged an additional fee. Not with us! Just return everything as it is and we do all the cleaning, for the very same price.
